After a rewarding 14-year career in forensics, I embarked on a transformative journey to bring more peace and joy into my life right here in sunny Pensacola, Florida. It was during my yoga teacher training that I gained the clarity and inspiration to make a profound life change.
Drawing from my love of yoga and the serenity it instilled in me, I began to envision how every home could radiate that same sense of calm and balance. My mission is to help you find tranquility in the midst of your daily life.
